  • Support the Chief People Officer. (Calendaring, create board packets, memos, etc.)
  • 80% of day is spent supporting CPO in an administrative capacity.
  • Create employee recognition events.
  • Assist with harassment training, or benefits assistance, or learning and development.
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation.
  • Edit and revise policy and procedure templates, job descriptions, announcements, etc.

Coordinates training programs by preparing training aides, handbooks, PowerPoint presentations and other educational materials and presents information in training sessions to staff including Supervisor Orientation, and other sponsored trainings. Conducts New Hire Orientation for the Home Office. Maintains documentation of corporate training activities, continuing education units, and course completion.

Coordinates annual staff recognition process including distribution and verification of service lists and anniversary pins, selection and purchase of appropriate personalized recognition gifts, and organization of annual Staff corporate-wide Recognition event.

Supports the Human Resources Department and coordinates department priorities, updates position descriptions, creates internal and external job announcements, maintains up-to-date job postings on the website and Social Media sites such as Glassdoor, responds to manager inquiries regarding policy and procedure interpretation, conducts exit interviews, and assists with the benefit administration process and mailings.

Administers staff surveys of using web-based software. Assists in the development of survey factors, creates surveys, distributes, and generates survey response reports

Provides administrative support to the VP of Human Resources & Compliance and maintains Outlook calendar, prepares correspondence, screens mail, organizes files, processes invoices and expense reports and allocates costs appropriately, registers for conferences and events, and answers requests for information. Ensures the maintenance of files and documents in compliance with our record retention policy.

Coordinates internal and external meetings, calendars dates, drafts agendas, organizes and distributes related material, arranges for catering, schedules conference room, drafts minutes and reports.

Reviews, edits and coordinates the distribution of company policies and procedures including Human Resources and Administrative Procedures. Coordinates company-wide share drive containing policies and procedures, uploads Human Resources Procedures to HRIS; ensures that information is up-to-date, organized, and accessible to appropriate staff. Analyzes regulatory changes for implications on corresponding company procedures and makes related recommendations. May provide procedure interpretation to managers.
